The Prophet’s birthday

The birthday of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) is observed on the 12th of Rabi Al Awwal, the third month of the Islamic calendar. It is a significant religious event in Islam, observed by Muslims around the world. Moreover, the day is observed as a national holiday across several Islamic countries. It’s also celebrated in non-Muslim countries among communities that have a large Muslim population.

Mosques are often adorned with lights and host religious lectures and recitals of Qur’anic verses to mark the occasion.
