The real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman demonstrated notable performance during the first half of 2025, with the total value of real estate transactions reaching AED12.4 billion, marking a record growth of 37 percent compared to the same period last year.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, stated that the real estate sector plays a pivotal role in driving the emirate’s economic growth. He emphasised that the sector continues to deliver exceptional performance, reflecting Ajman’s position as a leading investment destination and a promising real estate market.
Sheikh Abdulaziz, during his review of the real estate report for the first half of 2025, affirmed that the positive performance of Ajman’s real estate market and the 37 percent increase in transaction value indicate a rising demand for properties and confirm the emirate’s attractiveness to investors and its strong competitive edge.
Strong start to 2025
Ajman witnessed a remarkable 24.3 percent rise in real estate valuation transactions in April compared to March, generating a total value of AED446.8 million ($121.6 million) through 189 transactions.
In the first quarter of 2025, Ajman recorded 3,887 real estate transactions, with a total value exceeding AED5.55 billion, indicating a 29 percent increase compared to the same period last year. The registration of 1,321 real estate transactions during January 2025, with a total value of AED1.57 billion, while the trading volume amounted to AED1.26 billion out of a total of 1,044 real estate transactions.
Ajman’s real estate sector recorded 1,853 valuation transactions in 2024, with a total value exceeding AED8.38 billion ($2.28 billion). Valuation transactions for real estate development project units amounted to 594 transactions, with a total value of AED361.8 million. The total number of real estate transactions in Ajman during 2024 reached 15,125 real estate transactions with a total value exceeding AED20.5 billion, reflecting a remarkable annual growth of 21 percent
