PwC Middle East at WGS 2024

PwC Middle East’s presence at WGS extends beyond revealing the Global Ministers Survey. Industry experts and senior leadership will contribute to panel discussions and release three impactful papers.

The first paper, titled “Future of Crime”, delves into technology’s essential role in preventing future crime. The paper envisions a safer society empowered by technology. Moreover, it emphasizes the need for data security, tech trends, infrastructure, talent, and research investment.

The second paper, titled “Advances in Healthcare” highlights the potential of regenerative medicine and gene therapy in healthcare.  Two key trends, escalating healthcare costs and rapid advancements in digital technologies, stress the need for immediate government action.

The third paper titled “Family Business Succession Planning” stresses the importance of supporting family businesses in the Middle East to ensure profitable growth and harmony across multiple generations. Governments in the region are prioritizing support for family businesses. Hence, this supports non-oil sectors and fosters growth and connectivity in key industries like finance, tourism, and technology.
