Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the region’s leading retailer of luxury watches and jewellery, launched the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme with an exclusive, dedicated salon located within the Rolex boutique at Wafi Mall.
Launched by Rolex in 2022, the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme aims to bring added value to the existing supply of Rolex watches on the pre-owned market.
This programme attests the authenticity of the second-hand watches – that are at least three years old – at their time of resale. Exclusive to the brand and only available at authorized locations, the pre-owned programme expands Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons’ offering as the official retailer of Rolex in Dubai, enabling clients to purchase pre-owned timepieces.
The Rolex Certified Pre-Owned seal that accompanies the models concerned symbolizes their status as certified second-hand Rolex watches. The pre-owned guarantee card, delivered at the time of the sale, officially confirms that the watch is genuine and guarantees its proper functioning.
The watches come with a new two-year international guarantee and benefit from the quality criteria inherent to all Rolex products, such as precision, durability and waterproofness.
The Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons showcases an exceptional collection spanning decades, with more than half comprising elusive and rare timepieces. This offering is individually curated by members of the Seddiqi family, drawing upon their industry expertise and deep understanding of the region and its audience.
Opening at Wafi Mall
Scheduled to open on November 29, 2024, the dedicated Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Salon at Wafi Mall is an intimate 290 square-foot space, soon to expand with an online presence via Seddiqi.com in 2025. This addition further enhances accessibility and convenience for valued clientele seeking certified pre-owned Rolex timepieces.
“Building on our seven-decade legacy of expertise, the Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme represents a significant milestone in our commitment to our clientele,” said Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi, CEO of Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons.
“This not only enhances our overall offering but also creates an exciting new platform for watch enthusiasts to pursue their passion for exceptional timepieces. We look forward to opening a new chapter in our relationship with collectors and all audiences, providing them with a certified pathway to acquire elusive and rare timepieces,” he added.
The programme welcomes all watch enthusiasts, from seasoned collectors to first-time buyers. Visitors can explore the curated collection, try on timepieces, and purchase via the new salon.
