Air Arabia has recently partnered with Morafiq, a leader in innovative airport services, to launch a new home check-in service for its Abu Dhabi passengers. The service allows customers to check in their luggage and collect their boarding passes from the comfort of their homes. This significantly enhances the travel experience by saving time and reducing wait times at the airport.
“The launch of the home check-in service in partnership with Morafiq Aviation Services reinforces our commitment to providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers,” stated Adel Al Ali, group CEO of Air Arabia.
Air Arabia’s new home check-in service also enables travelers to complete their check-in process, receive their boarding passes, and hand over their luggage to dedicated Morafiq staff before departure to the airport.
“This partnership with Air Arabia underscores our dedication to improving the travel experience in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to the benefits this collaboration will bring, including enhanced travel flexibility, safety, and peace of mind for our valued travelers,” added Titten Yohannan, chairman and CEO at OACIS EMEA.

The home check-in service simplifies travel for all passengers. Abu Dhabi travelers can now book the service via the Morafiq app or website. Paasengers can also access the service through Air Arabia’s website or customer service. A Morafiq representative will arrive at the passenger’s home to collect their luggage and provide them with boarding passes. Upon arrival at the airport, passengers can bypass the check-in counters and head straight to security.
Besides, home baggage collection and check-in services can be booked from five to 24 hours before flight departure.
