Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, announced today the commencement of construction for the potentially second tallest tower. The project, valued at $1.5 billion, will be situated on a prime plot of land along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.

The tower, set to finish construction in a span of 4 years, will offer an array of distinctive and captivating attractions. These include a vertical mall, lavish residential units and extravagant penthouses, a prestigious 7-star hotel, an unparalleled observation deck, and a variety of upscale dining options. Alongside these, the tower will showcase numerous other exceptional features and amenities, ensuring an unparalleled experience for its visitors.

The specifics regarding the official ground-breaking ceremony will be disclosed at a later date.
