The Sakani program’s pavilion at Cityscape Global 2024 in Saudi Arabia has seen remarkable attendance, welcoming 14,756 visitors who gained entry after confirming their reservations through the Sakani platform.

Strong residential unit sales

Throughout the event, a total of 2,299 residential units were secured at the Sakani pavilion, representing over SAR1.15 billion ($306 million) in value, from the 17,684 units that the program made available to attendees. Additionally, the program’s financial advisory service conducted 394 consultations on-site at the pavilion.

Unique visitor experience

The Sakani pavilion also provides a distinctive experience for visitors and beneficiaries, allowing for immediate reservations of residential units alongside personalized financing consultations. It also highlights various residential projects across the Kingdom, featuring engaging digital experiences designed to facilitate the ownership process for beneficiaries.

The second edition of Cityscape Global, recognized as the world’s largest real estate event, is taking place under the theme “The Future of Living” at the Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham from November 11 to 14.

High-level participation and announcements

The event has gathered ministers, senior government officials, and high-level representatives from domestic and international companies and real estate developers, as well as financial institutions. During the opening ceremony, Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail announced the launch of several projects and strategic agreements, collectively valued at over SAR180 billion.
