Moreover, the project will feature the first English colleges of medicine, nursing, and physical therapy in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, in collaboration with the University of Buckingham. Additionally, it will house the region’s first educational and private hospital affiliated with the University of Buckingham.
Among the project’s highlights is a collaboration with US pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson to establish a hospital specializing in face, jaw, and knee surgeries. The facility will also include a dedicated medical area with 76 beds for the elderly and a sports academy catering to individuals with special needs.
Other components of the project include an international school, residential units such as villas, apartments, and hotel apartments, as well as commercial units including malls and office buildings for various medical specialties.
The project is expected to generate over 2,000 job opportunities.
