Emirates has revealed its plans to launch newly retrofitted Boeing 777s on its second and third daily flights connecting Dubai and Riyadh, commencing on March 30 and May 7 respectively.
The airline’s objective is to provide passengers with increased opportunities to experience its latest generation Business Class seats alongside its highly praised Premium Economy product. This initiative makes it easier than ever to explore and connect to Dubai and beyond in both style and comfort, according to a statement.
The forthcoming enhancements to the retrofitted Boeing 777s will position the capital of the Kingdom as the first in the Middle East/GCC and among the few destinations in the airline’s network to be exclusively served by its latest retrofitted aircraft.

Emirates’ enhanced Boeing 777s will operate as follows:
EK815 and EK816 will be serviced by a refurbished Emirates Boeing 777 starting on 30 March 2025.Â
Beginning 7 May 2025, Emirates will deploy the refurbished Boeing 777 on its third service, EK 817 and EK 818, which will start with six flights per week; from 11 August 2025, the aircraft will be utilized daily.Â
Moreover, the newly refurbished Emirates Boeing 777, which features the airline’s best-in-class offerings, was first introduced to Riyadh in October 2024 on flights EK819 and EK820.
With positive customer feedback and increasing demand, Emirates is expanding its Boeing 777 premium products to enhance the flying experience across all cabin classes. The airline further intends to broaden its network of cities served by this fleet type in the upcoming weeks and months.
