The critical phase of determining which lucky fans will “qualify” for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 is about to begin. After three phases of ticket sales, the final opportunity to purchase tickets is about to kick off.

According to official sources, 2.45 million tickets have already been sold for Qatar 2022. Originally, 3 million tickets for the 64 matches of the tournament had been considered for open sale to the public. And so, this suggests that there are only 550,000 spaces left.

The last-minute ticket sales phase is a phase of purchasing tickets for the upcoming FIFA World Cup that takes place through the official FIFA sales platform. The procedure by which tickets can be obtained is the rough First-Come First-Served. That is to say, as the purchase requests are made, the tickets that are available will be dispatched.

It should be noted that in this sales phase, only tickets that have never been allocated will be available. Other tickets that are offered for resale will also be available, but the date on which it will be possible to purchase them has not yet been announced.

Fans may avail of their tickets via FIFA.com/tickets.

There are four ticket categories for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 (Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, and Category 4), with Category 1 seats being the highest priced and located in prime areas within the stadium. Category 4 is reserved exclusively for residents of Qatar.
