NEOM, the ambitious $500 billion business and tourism project in Saudi Arabia, has launched its latest endeavor called Gidori. Gidori is an exclusive residential golf community nestled amidst the picturesque coastal hills of the Gulf of Aqaba.

At the heart of the project lies a striking beach-front complex with a unique cantilevered structure that emerges from the coastal terrain. This architectural marvel will accommodate 190 luxury sea-view apartments, complemented by a diverse range of dining options, exclusive retail stores, and lush garden spaces, as stated by NEOM.
18-hole championship golf course
For golf enthusiasts, Gidori will feature a 18-hole championship golf course that winds its way through low hills and rocky formations, providing a challenging experience for players of all skill levels. With its innovative design, breathtaking coastal vistas, and advanced technology, the golf course promises to captivate golfers. Moreover, Gidori will house a clubhouse offering sophisticated hospitality to players, as well as a golf academy providing expert guidance and coaching for both traditional and e-sports.
Alongside the golf course, a limited collection of 200 individually crafted private villas and homes will be available, each designed with meticulous attention to detail, according to NEOM.
80-room luxury hotel
Furthermore, visitors can choose to stay at the boutique luxury hotel, which boasts 80 rooms, each thoughtfully designed and featuring distinctive contemporary suites. The hotel encompasses restaurants, lounges, a well-being spa, a gym, multiple swimming pools, and an exclusive theater for curated entertainment.
The natural surroundings of Gidori offer an ideal setting for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling (both on and off-road), and scenic walks. The beach club ensures a relaxed atmosphere with hospitality and entertainment options, including a wide range of water sports suitable for all ages and skill levels, NEOM stated. Additionally, observation platforms will be available at night, providing awe-inspiring views of the starry night sky.
NEOM emphasizes that the Gidori project adheres to high standards of environmentally responsible coastal development, aligning with its commitment to conservation and innovation.
