How happiness score was measured
For this extensive report, a poll of about 1,000 people was conducted in each of the 146 countries, asking them to rate their quality of life on a scale of 0 to 10. The ranking is based on information from sources such as the Gallup World Poll and is based on six factors: social support, income, health, freedom, generosity, and lack of corruption.
