The ADNEC Group has announced that preparations are in full swing for the upcoming Make it in the Emirates 2025, with the event set to reach unprecedented scale and impact. Organized by ADNEC Group for the first time, this year’s edition will be its largest to date — expanding to over 68,000 square meters, a more than 300 percent increase in space compared to last year, and featuring over 720 exhibitors, a remarkable sixteen-fold growth.

Hosted by the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) and strategically supported by the Ministry of Culture, Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), and ADNOC, the forum will take place at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from May 19 – 22, it aims to serve as a vital industrial platform, connecting manufacturers, innovators, and investors across 12 strategic sectors, in line with the UAE’s industrial and economic transformation goals.

Capital Events, the event management arm of ADNEC Group, is leading the organization of the forum, curating a high-impact exhibition and comprehensive agenda that will bring together global industry leaders, policymakers, and key stakeholders.

The venue is expected to welcome over 30,000 visitors during the four-day event, with enhanced infrastructure and operational planning to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

Make it in The Emirates 2025: Creating the future today

The ADNEC Centre Operations team has implemented a robust logistics and security plan, including improved traffic management, expanded parking access, and streamlined entry for exhibitors, delegates, and VIP guests. Security protocols have been elevated to ensure participant safety and comfort throughout the event.

To deliver a world-class exhibition experience, organizers are providing 45 custom-designed stand builds and 230 plug-and-play exhibitor pods, alongside 12 feature zones such as a Media Centre, Investors Lounge, and Networking Lounge designed to foster connectivity and engagement.

A total of 32,000 square metres of premium carpeting has been installed to unify the event’s layout and enhance the overall visitor experience.

Capital Catering, the official caterer for ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, will provide a high-quality culinary offering, featuring diverse menus through indoor and outdoor food trucks, quick-service counters, and VIP lounges with upscale hospitality.
