NEOM, Saudi Arabia’s $500 billion ambitious giga project, has revealed its plans for a new sustainable development called Elanan, a nature retreat situated in the northwest region of the Kingdom.
Set against the stunning backdrop of mountains and natural springs, Elanan will offer an 80-room property focused on nature and wellness, nestled along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline.

In addition to the accommodation, Elanan will feature private plazas, dining options, a sun garden, and an observation tower, providing guests with a range of amenities to enhance their experience.
This announcement adds to NEOM’s growing portfolio of tourism destinations, including Leyja, which was announced in October. Leyja will comprise three properties, each offering 40 rooms.
NEOM also announced Epicon in November, a luxurious coastal tourism destination boasting two towers. The development will house an ultra-premium hotel with 41 keys, as well as 14 suites and apartments in the luxury residences. Additionally, Epicon will feature the Epicon resort, offering 120 rooms and 45 residential beach villas.
Furthermore, NEOM recently unveiled its exclusive Xaynor beachfront private members club, situated in the Gulf of Aqaba.
As part of its ambitious plans, Saudi Arabia aims to attract 150 million visitors by 2030, making significant strides in its tourism sector.
