Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) has launched a new center in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing localized Honeywell cybersecurity services for critical industrial sectors in the Kingdom. The announcement was made during the IKTVA Forum and Exhibition in Dhahran.

The Honeywell Himaya Center, situated in the company’s Jubail office, highlights the alignment of Honeywell’s offerings with three significant megatrends, including automation. This center is designed to enhance the industrial cybersecurity capabilities within the Kingdom by delivering more robust Operational Technology (OT) security solutions that address evolving threats, while also aiding businesses in maintaining regulatory compliance.

The center will offer in-country Managed Security Services (MSS) to vital sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and utilities. Moreover, among the services provided are Honeywell’s flagship Cyber Insight and Cyber Watch software solutions, which assist businesses in achieving continuous compliance with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) OT Cybersecurity Controls (OTCC) regulations. These services also aim to support the integration of automation and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled technologies.
