The National Housing Company (NHC) recently announced the launch of its second residential project for 2024 in the Sadayem suburb of Jeddah. The Eyal Sadayem community project in partnership with the private sector to pump more urban developments into the city.
Sadayem suburb
The Eyal Sadayem community project provides 390 residential units including villas and townhouses. The units range in size from 322 to 450 square meters and stand out with innovative designs. The units are designed in a contemporary architectural style.
The Sadayem suburb extends over a total area exceeding 3.8 million square meters. The suburb’s design includes green paths that allow air to circulate through them. Moreover, its neighborhoods are at the center of the historical area in Jeddah which facilitates access to surrounding vital services.
The Sadayem suburb includes a central park with an area exceeding 250,000 square meters. Hence, its green spaces contribute to enhancing social sustainability. In turn, this improves the quality of life and contributes to the integration of residents into social life.
Sakani platform
NHC announced that residential units in the Eyal Sadayem community are now open for reservations. Residents can visit the Comprehensive Sakani Center in Jeddah to view their options and reserve their visits. They can also visit the Sakani platform for more information on the units.
Notably, NHC supports achieving the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 by raising the percentage of residential ownership for Saudi families to 70 percent. It seeks to find solutions and secure supply chains with high-quality and more sustainable construction materials. This is within its framework to increase the real estate supply with residential options according to international standards. Moreover, it is the largest master developer of suburbs and urban communities in the Kingdom. It has built more than 300,000 housing units in 8 suburbs and 6 urban communities, accommodating more than a million citizens.
