Riyadh is set to host the third edition of the Real Estate Future Forum from January 22 to 24, bringing together 300 speakers from 85 countries. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the event will explore sectoral developments, major challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of real estate.

The Real Estate Future Forum’s agenda includes 25 workshops and 30 sessions, addressing pressing industry issues and emerging trends. Participants will engage in discussions on financing and the impact of natural factors on the sector. Moreover, it will tackle the influence of governmental strategies on property sector growth and sustainability.
A significant focus of the Real Estate Future Forum will be on the impact of technology on real estate.
