Saudi Arabia launches ‘Our Guests Are Our Priority’ campaign to improve hospitality standards compliance
This initiative seeks to enhance the quality of services for both local and international travelers across the Kingdom.

The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has introduced the “Our Guests Are Our Priority” campaign, designed to strengthen the commitment of hospitality establishments to licensing and classification standards, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Kicking off in early September, the campaign’s initial phase centers on media and awareness initiatives that engage various stakeholders in the tourism sector. This effort aims to improve service quality for both domestic and international travelers throughout the Kingdom.

Minister of Tourism Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khateeb emphasized that the campaign encourages all tourism stakeholders to work together with the ministry to promote Saudi Vision 2030 and elevate the Kingdom’s status as a leading global tourism destination.

Earlier this month, Saudi Arabia declared the elimination of fees for acquiring commercial activity licenses for hotels, hotel apartments, and residential resorts, as reported by the state news agency, SPA.

This adjustment is part of the Tourism Investment Enabler Program introduced by Saudi Arabia in March, designed to establish the Kingdom as a leader in global tourism. SPA noted that this decision aligns with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to position Saudi Arabia among the top tourist destinations worldwide.
