Saudi Arabia’s property developer, ROSHN, has officially revealed its first residential community in Makkah, signaling a notable achievement in the company’s mission to enhance the city’s living conditions while aligning with the national development objectives set forth in Vision 2030.
The launch event for the Al-Manar Community project, marking ROSHN’s first residential initiative in Makkah, was held under the patronage of Makkah Governor Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, according to a statement. The groundbreaking ceremony attracted numerous distinguished guests, including Makkah Mayor Musaed bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, Royal Commission for Makkah and Holy Sites CEO Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed, Real Estate General Authority CEO Abdullah Al-Hammad, and ROSHN’s acting CEO Khaled Jawhar. Officials from both the public and private sectors also participated in this significant event.
