The Trump Organization is continuously expanding its GCC footprint, launching this week the highly anticipated $533 million Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia which has been in the works with Dar Global for months. The 47-floor building is located on the Jeddah Corniche and is one of the tallest high-rises in the area. The luxury development offers 1,2,3 and 4-bedroom apartments in addition to 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses.
This development was the first to launch after Donald Trump was elected as President of the U.S. on November 5.
Celebrating the launch of the tower, Eric Trump, the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, took to X, stating: ” Incredibly proud to officially launch a project that has been underway for many months, Trump Tower – Jeddah!”

Investments in Oman
The Trump Organization’s investments in the GCC region extend beyond Saudi Arabia and the Trump Tower Jeddah. In recent years, the company has taken an interest in the region, launching the $500 million Trump International Oman in Aida, Oman.
The project represents one of Oman’s most expansive and ambitious initiatives, marking a significant leap forward in the region’s luxury real estate and tourism industries. Set to open in December 2028, the 140-key, 5-star hotel complex marks a monumental addition to Oman’s real estate landscape and the prestigious Trump global portfolio.
This year, the organization also unveiled the Trump Signature Villas at Trump International Oman, a ground-breaking project featuring luxury villas within Oman’s elite gated community and premier golf destination. With a combined value of $200 million, Phase 1 of this collection will represent an unprecedented level of luxury living.
The company is also developing the 18,000 sqm Trump International Golf Club, Oman, which includes a blend of rough and fair terrain, slopes, ratios, tracks and intervals.
Trump’s investments in Dubai
In addition to projects in Saudi Arabia and Oman, the Trump Organization is establishing the iconic Trump Tower Dubai. This extraordinary development, situated in a prime location in Dubai, is set to establish new standards in luxury hospitality and residential living in the region. The development will include the renowned Trump Hotel and branded residential units, each showcasing state-of-the-art amenities and world-class services.
Both the location and design will be unveiled towards the end of 2024.
In February 2017, the company also launched the Trump International Golf Club in Dubai and the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai, in the AKOYA Oxygen community.
Trump’s interest in the GCC region dates back to 2005. A Trump Tower was announced in Dubai back then, known as the Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower. However, the entire project was canceled in February 2011.
Trump’s impact on GCC real estate
The Trump Organization’s investments and projects in the GCC region span the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman. In a blog post, El Chaar noted the organization’s impact on the real estate market in the region, stating: “Trump was more than a real estate brand; it encompassed hospitality and lifestyle, becoming one of the first in the industry to prioritize branding – starting with the big TRUMP logos on its buildings.”
El Chaar added that Donald Trump understood the power of branding, long before the rise of social media influencers. The family elevated the brand ecosystem to greater heights, cementing its legacy as a global symbol of affluence and excellence. With world-class residences, hotels, and golf courses in the U.S., Ireland, and the UK, the company brings decades-long experience in real estate development to the region, shaping the way real estate is looked at.
