U.S. President Donald Trump left Riyadh on Wednesday afternoon after wrapping up a two-day visit highlighted by important agreements and announcements.
Trump began his Gulf tour in Saudi Arabia’s capital, arriving on Tuesday for bilateral discussions with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He is also set to visit Qatar and the UAE as part of this regional tour.

The focus of the visit was on enhancing the economic and trade partnership between the two nations, along with strengthening cooperation in defense, energy, technology, and space, among other areas.

Before leaving Riyadh, Trump participated in the Gulf-U.S. summit, arriving alongside MBS. The summit included GCC leaders and addressed the longstanding partnership with the U.S., which has endured for decades.

The fifth GCC-U.S. Summit officially commenced today, Wednesday, in Riyadh, coinciding with U.S. President Donald Trump‘s visit to Saudi Arabia. The focus of the summit includes critical issues such as economic, trade, investment, and regional security.

Held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, the summit addressed the current economic landscape both regionally and globally, while also exploring avenues for achieving peace in the area.
