Visit Qatar and Microsoft have solidified their partnership to advance digital innovation in tourism with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) officially signed at Web Summit Qatar 2025.
The MoU, QNA reported, was executed by Eng. Abdulaziz Ali Al Mawlawi, CEO of Visit Qatar, and Lana Khalaf, country manager of Microsoft, signifying the next stage in this collaborative effort.
Building on the success of the Visit Qatar GenAI Travel Concierge, which is powered by Microsoft Azure and OpenAI 4o and 4o mini, both organizations will explore groundbreaking technologies aimed at enhancing visitor experiences and transforming business practices.
