Riyadh has become the first destination in the GCC to receive the refurbished Emirates Boeing 777, featuring the all-new Business Class cabin and highly praised Premium Economy seats.
This newly upgraded aircraft will operate the daily EK 819/820 service, departing Dubai at 07:10 and arriving in Riyadh at 08:05. The return flight leaves Riyadh at 09:40 and arrives back in Dubai at 12:35.
The four-class Emirates Boeing 777, Dubai Media Office reported, includes 24 Premium Economy seats arranged in a 2-4-2 layout, complete with 6-way adjustable headrests for enhanced comfort—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The revamped Business Class cabin offers increased privacy with 38 seats in a spacious 1-2-1 configuration, direct aisle access, a mini-bar, and numerous charging ports among other thoughtful amenities.

Additionally, the aircraft features 6 luxurious First Class suites, setting a new standard for opulence. The refreshed Economy Class cabin boasts 256 ergonomic seats with adjustable leather headrests.
By the end of this year, Emirates will have 48 aircraft equipped with Premium Economy, serving 27 destinations, including Dubai, across its fleet of B777s, A380s, and A350s.
Moreover, Emirates currently operates 72 weekly flights to all four gateways in Saudi Arabia, including 3 daily flights to Riyadh, utilizing a mixed fleet of B777s and A380s. Tickets can be booked through emirates.com, the Emirates App, or via both online and offline travel agents.
